TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURNS Victory Display will not accept the following items for return: slatwall panels, showcases and counters, items purchased & used temporarily (i.e.: trade shows), any item returned in lesser condition than purchased, all custom and non-stocked items (special items), all signs and printed jobs. Victory will charge a 25% restocking fee for items returned in their original packing and carton. Items not returned in original packing and cartons may, at our sole discretion, be rejected for return. In either case the paid invoice must be presented upon return. No goods accepted for return without prior authorization. No returns after 5 days from date of receipt. NOTE: Many items such as acrylic displays, glass, etc. scratch easily and cannot be accepted for return if handled. PAYMENT TERMS All orders accepted on a net due basis. We do not ship COD. Check, cash or credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All sales made on account must be approved by our credit office after a thorough credit check. Open accounts are at our discretion and offered to customers who buy at least once a quarter. Failure to pay within terms will result in holding of orders and/or cancellation of credit privileges. All goods sold remain the property of Victory Display no matter where they reside until paid for in full. Customer acknowledges and agrees to pay all attorneys fees and costs if a suit is instituted for payment. Interest will be charged on all past due accounts. PRICES All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged are those in effect on the day the order ships. Published prices do not include freight charges, sales or use tax, and are FOB Victory Display and/or shipping warehouse. SHIPPING We will ship orders via the most cost efficient method. All trucking ships "freight collect" (carrier collects for freight charges on delivery) unless otherwise arranged. Victory's responsibility for the freight ends at the time of pick-up from our dock. Please take the time to inspect your shipment when it arrives and the trucker is still there. Either accept as is in good condition, accept with damages noted, or refuse to accept based on obvious visible damage. Count cartons received for shortages and verify to the Bill Of Lading. Victory Display cannot be responsible in any way for damage after a driver has left. Customer or customer's agent must open and inspect the shipment immediately after receipt to look for any hidden damage. Call the trucking company immediately upon discovery of hidden damage. Save all packaging materials for inspection. Victory will assist where we can in filing a damage claim. It is understood and customer hereby acknowledges any replacement items we ship are fully chargeable while a claim is being processed. We make every effort to give accurate shipping times when requested. Victory Display depends on the carrier's estimate of transit time to a location. We cannot guarantee a delivery time or date due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipments can be tracked and we can advise location when available. Victory assumes dock high delivery for trucked orders. Please make your salesperson aware of any special conditions at delivery address. Examples of special conditions are: lift gate required, help to unload, residential delivery, elevator restrictions, appointment requirements, and anything other than dock high access. Truck deliveries to trade shows must be shipped with a carrier chosen by customer and billed direct to customer. Victory will not ship to trade shows prepaid. PACKING Many items on our stock catalog that ship out via UPS and Truck may require special packaging. Victory has the right, whether noted in the catalog or not, to charge a pallet, packaging, or crating charge for orders that may require it. You will be notified of this charge prior to your order being shipped. PRODUCTS All products sold by Victory Display are subject to variations in color, size and design. Customer agrees to hold Victory Display, its agents, officers and employees harmless from and against liabilities, losses, claims, causes of action, penalties and expenses for any product made to a customers specification or altered per a customers request or by agreement with a Victory representative. CUSTOM ORDERS Victory Display will collect a deposit of 50% at the time an order is placed for any non-stock item considered special or custom. Special or custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. Victory also may, at its discretion, demand a deposit for large orders for catalog items that exceed normal stocking levels.
